1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to individually commissioned services where validly incorporated into the contract. The corporate website provides information and an enquiry form; submitting the form alone does not create a paid contract. Separate terms apply to the online shop.
2. Quotations and contracts
Website descriptions are non-binding. We may provide a quotation setting out scope, prices and terms. A contract is formed by express acceptance or another clear agreement.
3. Customer cooperation
Customers must supply complete, accurate and timely information and documents and disclose important deadlines. Original documents are handled with appropriate care. Identity checks and legal requirements remain applicable.
4. Visa, consular and legalisation services
As agreed, services may include preparing, checking completeness, submitting and collecting documents. Competent authorities alone decide whether to issue visas or legalisations. No favourable decision or exact official processing time is guaranteed. Official fees and expedited charges are disclosed or agreed. Statutory rights concerning our own breaches remain unaffected.
5. Translations
The quotation defines language pairs, intended use, certification needs and delivery dates. Customers must communicate special terminology and intended publication uses. Statutory remedies for defects remain available, including appropriate rectification.
6. Travel and freight services
The quotation states whether Mintang acts as principal, intermediary or in another capacity. Package travel, linked travel arrangements and international carriage may be governed by mandatory special rules and separate information. Schedules are binding only when expressly confirmed.
7. Prices and payment
Quotations identify remuneration, applicable tax treatment, third-party and official fees, shipping charges and due dates. Unexpected additional costs will be agreed before being incurred where possible. Statutory set-off and retention rights remain unaffected.
8. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellation follows the individual agreement and mandatory law. Consumers entering distance or off-premises contracts receive separate legally required withdrawal information, including exceptions, before contracting. Early commencement of services requires the applicable statutory steps.
9. Liability
We remain fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability may be limited to typical foreseeable loss where legally permitted. Mandatory liability remains unaffected.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Additional disclosures may apply to recipients and international transfers involved in particular services.
11. Applicable law and disputes
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual country of residence. Essen is a place of jurisdiction only where legally permitted. Consumer dispute resolution wording must be completed following verification.
